Global had embarked on an ambitious digital transformation project to revolutionise its outdoor advertising business and streamline its order fulfilment processes. Improving the DORA Metrics
The Lydtech team introduced initiatives and processes that resulted in demonstrably fewer Production issues and achieved improvements on all DORA metrics.
